Where an error affects the article but not the reliability of its findings, the journal issues a correction rather than a retraction.

•      Erratum: an error introduced by the publisher during production.

•      Corrigendum: an error made by the authors, such as an incorrect figure, statistic, affiliation, funding statement or reference.

•      Corrections are published as a separate, citable, DOI-assigned item, linked bidirectionally to the original article; the original article is also annotated with a link to the correction.

•      Minor typographical changes that do not affect meaning may be made to the version of record with a dated publisher's note.

•      Requests for correction should be sent to editor@businessfrontiers.org with a clear description of the error and the proposed wording.
